Our kids, Josh and Briana, are both in college working toward becoming an interior architect and nurse, respectively. For work, I’ve been doing residential maintenance for several years and I’ve done maintenance for a local insurance company, a church, and a daycare.
In addition, I’ve been the property manager for a local condo association and the Chairman of our church’s Buildings and Grounds Committee. I’ve also bought and sold investment properties. I have seen and experienced enough to help me see both the bigger picture in home transactions and yet also the details that every home buyer and homeowner may not see themselves.
My training with both AAOHI (American Academy of Home Inspectors) and InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) has helped me round out my knowledge and helped me do quite well on the Tennessee state licensing exam. With my life experience and my superb training, I am a confident and very competent inspector who will do a great job inspecting your next house.
I also focus heavily on customer service by being punctual, answering my phone, and returning calls in a timely manner. In addition, I follow up after the inspection and make myself available to my clients anytime down the road, if assistance is needed.
